Choose the right account for you

You should choose the account best suited to your needs. Since everyone has different transaction requirements, talk to our staff at your local branch or call us on (08) 8999 0777 to discuss account options.

Consolidate your banking

If you hold funds or have accounts with other financial institutions, it may be beneficial to consolidate your accounts to minimise your fees. Our staff can assist you to switch your accounts to Traditional Credit Union.

Check your account balance before you make a transaction

Use TCU ATMs

Avoid using non-TCU ATMs as these transactions will incur a fee.

Avoid direct debit dishonour fees by ensuring your account has sufficient funds to cover the entire amount of any direct debits and cheques.

Automated Telephone Banking Services are ending

Our current automated phone banking provider is ceasing services in Australia. We are continuing to investigate solutions to replace this service.

This means that TCU members will no longer be able to access automated phone banking services, including balance enquiries, account activity, BPAY bill payments, and transferring money between accounts and to other TCU accounts.

We understand that this may impact you and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. However, rest assured that TCU has a range of alternative banking options available, and we’re committed to assisting our members who may be impacted by this change.
