📢 Cyclone Fina Update – Head Office Open
Great news! Power has been restored to our Head Office and we are now open again. Our branch and call centre have resumed normal operations.
Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding while we worked through the recent outage.

📢 Cyclone Fina Update – TCU Services
Due to widespread power outages across the Darwin region, Head Office has been impacted and both our call centre and branch are currently closed. During this time, Katherine will be acting as our temporary call centre. With limited staffing, please expect longer wait times when calling in.
To ensure members can still access essential banking, we have set up a pop-up branch outside Head Office, where our team can assist with urgent banking needs.
For self-service options, Internet Banking and our automated phone banking service remain available.
We will share further updates once we know more about the power restoration at Head Office.

🔸 Wurrumiyanga and Wadeye branches are closed until further notice.
